EDS first established operations in the Southeast Asia region in Singapore when it opened its offices in September 1985 to support its region's global clientele, including General Motors. Today, EDS' Southeast Asia operations are headquartered in Singapore with offices in countries across the region, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines.
In addition to offices throughout Southeast Asia, other facilities in this region include a regional processing center, systems management center, data center, solution center and regional help desk.
EDS’ core business is outsourcing services. Our innovative portfolio is built around our unique offerings in mainframe, data center, help-desk and desktop services, application maintenance and development, business process outsourcing, and transformation services. We serve clients in many industries, including communications, finance, government, manufacturing and transportation.
