Providing Hospitality in an Inhospitable Environment
The Challenge
Your mission in the Hotel and Casino Hotel industry is to provide guests with a level of hospitality that will make them want to visit you again and again. And you must do all this in an increasing challenging business environment. Soaring fuel costs are reducing consumer and business travel. Increased competition is causing over-capacity in key markets. The hotel industry continues to consolidate.
To thrive in this environment, you must be able to innovate and adapt. And be able to identify new sources of on-site revenue. There is an increasing need to differentiate your brand using information-based guest services. You must effectively integrate information from multiple sources to both increase efficiencies and deepen your customer relationships.
