Founded in 1980 as CAPSCO Software Canada Ltd. and renamed SOLCORP in 1994, the company became a wholly-owned subsidiary of EDS, the world's global leader in information technology in 1997.
In 2001, SOLCORP acquired a Rotterdam-based software company placing SOLCORP first in class in the provision of innovative software and solutions for the insurance and wealth accumulation industries. That same year SOLCORP introduced SOLCORP / ProductXpress™, a fully integrated software suite that assists financial organizations to accelerate their introduction of new financial products.
