GSA Alliant

GSA Alliant is a 10-year multiple-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). The scope of the GSA Alliant GWAC includes any and all components of an integrated information technology (IT) solution, including all current and any new technologies that may emerge during the life cycle of the contract. GSA Alliant supports all regional and global IT requirements through best-in-class solutions and is available for use by all departments and agencies of the U.S. federal government. Small business subcontracting goals ensure extensive participation by all small business categories.

Note: On September 23, 2009, Electronic Data Systems, LLC (EDS) began doing business as (“dba”) “Electronic Data Systems, LLC, dba HP Enterprise Services”. EDS has not changed its legal name, and EDS is still the bidding and contracting party for purposes of contracts awarded to Electronic Data Systems, LLC (EDS).

Agency Service Fee The contract access fee (CAF) is ¾ percent (%) applied to all invoiced costs. The total CAF per order will be capped at a set amount to be determined by the government. Payment terms are Net 30.

GSA Alliant GWAC IT solutions and service offerings are aligned with the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) and include support for all components of the DoD Enterprise Architecture (DoDEA) framework. Supports the extraction, aggregation and presentation of information to facilitate decision analysis and business evaluation.
Business Management Services
Comprises capabilities and services that are necessary for projects, programs and planning to successfully manage a business operation.
Customer Service
Comprises capabilities that are directly related to an internal or external customer, the business’s interaction with the customer and customer-driven activities or functions.
Digital Asset Services
Supports the generation, management and distribution of intellectual capital and electronic media across the business and extended enterprise.
Process Automation Services
Automates and facilitates processes associated with tracking, monitoring and maintaining communication throughout the business cycle of an organization.
Support Services
Comprises capabilities ranging across functions that can be leveraged independent of Service Domain objective and/or mission.
Controls & Oversight
Ensures that the operations and programs of the federal government and its external business partners comply with applicable laws and regulations and prevent waste, fraud and abuse.
IT Security
Includes the creation and implementation of security policies, procedures and controls to protect federal information and systems from unauthorized access, disruption or destruction.
Planning & Resource Allocation
Involves the activities of determining strategic direction, establishing programs and processes, and allocating resources (capital and labor).
Regulatory Development
Involves activities associated with developing policies and regulations.
Risk Management & Mitigation
Includes activities related to the processes of analyzing exposure to risk and determining appropriate countermeasures.
System and Network Controls
Facilitates the planning, development, implementation, and management of system and network control mechanisms to support communication and automated needs.
Ancillary Services
Includes, but is not limited to, such tasks as: clerical support, data entry, training, subject matter expertise, and construction, alteration and repair.
Telecommunications/Wireless Services
Includes telecommunications, wireless and satellite products and services.
