EDS is a Subcontractor to Pragmatics: The NexGen contracts provide a full range of Information Technology (IT) engineering services, capabilities and enabling products to support DISA worldwide, DOD and other federal agencies. The NexGen contracts support the DISA mission to “plan, engineer, develop, test and manage programs and to acquire, implement, operate, and maintain information systems for C4I and mission support under all conditions of peace and war.”
Note: On September 23, 2009, Electronic Data Systems, LLC (EDS) began doing business as (“dba”) “Electronic Data Systems, LLC, dba HP Enterprise Services”. EDS has not changed its legal name, and EDS is still the bidding and contracting party for purposes of contracts awarded to Electronic Data Systems, LLC (EDS).
