The EDS Government Journal offers a fresh perspective on the core issues affecting governments today. The forward-looking papers in the Journal articulate clear points of view, and are designed to inspire dialogue, shape discourse and inform the development of value-added solutions for governments worldwide.
The premier issue of the EDS Government Journal, which was devoted to the topic of government transformation, was published in March 2006. The second EDS Government Journal, which explored identity management, was published in January 2007.
EDS Government Journal: Government Supply Chain
Issue three of the EDS Government Journal focuses on the topic of supply chain and logistics and discusses how data visibility and fusion are beneficial to asset-intensive agencies, such as defense, ports, borders and energy agencies. Supply chains are complex and with a variety of players with different goals and objectives, a breakdown in data quality is inevitable. Join industry experts as they discuss how the need for visibility of data, physical operations and players in supply chains and logistics environments is essential to synchronize and secure information.
