Today, energy customers can exchange up-to-date, business-critical information such as metering data, invoicing information and customer histories in just minutes instead of hours. That means if a residential consumer changes supplier, for example, this information is available to the market almost instantly in the DTS.
In addition to speed, the new solution provides more firewalls for optimal data security and the flexibility to adapt the system to each customer’s IT environment and business needs.
