Financial Service Company Reduces Costs By Using New Technology
As part of its ongoing initiative to improve efficiencies and cut costs, Société Générale (SG) wanted help refreshing and maintaining its IT infrastructure. It also wanted a flexible pricing arrangement that gave the company better control over costs. EDS teamed with the company to transform its IT environment. And with a cost structure based on quantity and level of service, SG reduced total cost of ownership of its desktops by 30 percent.
