VicRoads wanted help transforming the aging IT systems supporting its Registration and Licensing Services, which processed more than 16 million transactions annually. But the organization found its existing relationship with another IT vendor to be inflexible and cost-prohibitive when it came to upgrading and managing the systems. So, VicRoads turned to EDS, now HP. We quickly enhanced systems and transitioned them to an HP-managed facility. Today, VicRoads enjoys an improved technology environment and has the ability to better control costs.
