HP proposes, initially, three solutions that would benefit most government departments, including those concerned with welfare, revenue, vehicle and driver licensing, health, and other key services. They are: eBoxes (similar to the Danish eBoks system); hybrid mail systems, allowing remote printing for local delivery; and digital validation as per U.S. Postal Service (USPS) example.
