Company Earns Microsoft Award For Security Excellence
PLANO, Texas – EDS today announced it was recently honored at the Microsoft Chief Security Officer (CSO) Summit with a 2008 Excellence in Security Award for outstanding business achievements. EDS received recognition in the category of Overall Security.
The Excellence in Security Awards recognized industry leaders for the planning, implementation and management of security programs for their organization to significantly improve their company's security posture.
The 2008 Excellence in Security Awards were presented in four categories. EDS was selected in Overall Security because of its success in creating and implementing a program as part of its overall corporate security initiative.
