Herndon, Va. – Twenty-two employees from EDS, an HP company, will be recognized at the 13th National Women of Color Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Conference, held October 23-25 in Dallas, TX. The Women of Color Technology Awards honor industry professionals for their career achievements, outstanding corporate responsibility and dedicated community service.
Regina V. Gibson, registered nurse and quality assurance specialist, EDS Arkansas Medicaid Title XIX account, and Joy Henderson, senior finance manager of systems and compliance, EDS U.S. Public Sector, will be presented with Special Recognition awards for their professional achievements at the Awards Gala on October 25th. Special Recognition awards are presented to experienced professionals who have made significant achievements in an engineering, science or technology field in industry or government.
On October 24th, the following EDS employees will receive Technology All-Star Awards for demonstrated excellence in their work, strong commitment to their communities and leadership as role models for young and upcoming leaders.
