HP Named Leader in Outsourcing Services by CRM Magazine for Fifth Consecutive Year

HP only company named Outsourcing Services Leader every year since inception of award

PLANO, Texas – HP today announced it has once again been named a leader in the Outsourcing Services Category by CRM magazine in its 2009 Service Awards. This represents the fifth consecutive year HP has been recognized for its leadership by one of the world’s foremost customer relationship management (CRM) publications. HP is also the only company to be named an Outsourcing Services Leader every year since the 2005 inception of the CRM Service Awards.

Service leaders must not only keep ahead of the rapid changes in the market, they must also be the innovators who instigate these changes. CRM magazine honors those CRM vendors committed to innovation while making the end-user customer the business priority.
