Your application can be up and running on a shared, managed infrastructure within one of our secure and resilient data centers in less than 90 days, with additional processing or storage capacity provisioned in as little as a few days.
The standardized, optimized HP Adaptive Infrastructure Services solutions are available today for:
- Microsoft® Exchange 2007 – a sampling of standard services include Microsoft Outlook 2000, 2003, 2007 client support; personal and shared calendars, scheduling, contacts, distribution lists; Anti-virus, high availability service level agreements (SLA); and mailbox backup and recovery to name a few. Optional services cover mobile device support, additional mailbox storage, archiving, and anti-spam/SMTP boundary services, and other add-ons.
- SAP R/3 4.7 or higher – standard services include integrated management of SAP Basis, Web and middleware, database, servers, storage, network devices (firewalls, switches); SAP Operations (includes Basis and user administration, database administration, security management, patch management, SLA monitoring and reporting, backup and recovery, print queue management); standard and high-availability SLAs; and flexible, rapid dial-up and dial-down of SAP application instances on shared infrastructure. Optional services available include SAP upgrades, SAP third-party application basis management, and SAP application maintenance and support.
- Infrastructure Services – standard services include provisioning predefined server and storage capacity, and operating system software (HP-UX 11i, Red Hat and openSUSE Linux, Microsoft Windows 2003); infrastructure operations management, standard and high availability SLAs, and flexible, rapid dial-up and dial-down of OS instances and storage on shared infrastructure. Application operations management is offered as an optional service.
