- Write once read many (WORM) storage: Storage with WORM technology allows data to be written once and then no longer altered. This provides a complete document history for regulatory compliance.
- Utility pricing and provisioning: The HP storage utility model requires no upfront cash expense for storage equipment purchases and eliminates your costs to carry capital equipment and excess storage capacity.
- “Green” storage: HP provides an environmentally responsible storage infrastructure by reducing excess storage capacity, using high-density disks and providing the opportunity to consolidate storage across multiple data centers. We also employ redundant data elimination and compression technologies that reduce the amount of needed storage.
- World-class support: We employ our world-class best practices to bring consistency and clarity to your data storage. Our managed services include monitoring, maintenance, change management, problem management and the collaboration of HP Agility Alliance partners. We provide support 24 hours a day, seven days a week with around-the-clock reliability performance.
Audit Protection Archive
Audit Protection Archive provides a tamper-proof archive for data authenticity. This utility archive tier allows changes to data while capturing a detailed change log for audit purposes. It can be used in combination with retention enforcement and site resilience enablement. We offer this tier in a single-client dedicated model.
Compliance Archive
Compliance Archive combines audit protection functionality with strict retention enforcement and site resilience enablement. This dedicated archive tier will not allow data objects to be deleted if retention settings have not expired. The hardware used for this service creates new data versions to capture changes while retaining historical copies.
Base Online Archive
Base Online Archive is an entry-level disk-based archiving tier providing long-term online retention fixed content.
Base Offline Archive
Base Offline Archive is our most cost-effective archiving tier providing long-term retention of inactive data on offline media.
