At the core of our solution is Microsoft Exchange 2007, which offers new functionality for messaging users and administrators. EDS was one of the first to deliver Microsoft Exchange systems and we've been strategic partners with Microsoft ever since. We bring deep messaging experience and product insight to our solution, which is a low-cost alternative to staffing, administering, and managing your own messaging facility and infrastructure.

Our managed messaging service also provides enhanced integration with other IT and operational systems such as your active directory and enterprise applications. It has proven integration capabilities and a strong tool set for customization and tailored configuration capacity.

EDS? Managed Messaging Services guarantees standard availability of 99.9 percent, with uplifts of 99.95 and 99.99 percent possible. In addition, you get:

  • Scalability – From 750 to 250,000 or more mailboxes
  • Dedicated hosted or on-site Server Support – In our data centers or onsite at your location
  • Global availability – Standard available in U.S., Europe, Asia/Pacific and Latin America
  • Fit-for-purpose solution – Your employees will have 200 MB standard mailbox size but uplifts of 500 MB, 1 GB and 2 GB can be done if,needed
  • Choice in Storage – Standard DAS or SAN solutions
