Service Management

Support

  • Regional support. Answer inquiries, resolve problems and troubleshoot the supported antivirus product, interrogating logs, reconfiguring settings, initiating scans.
  • Global support. Act as primary interface with regional and client support, presenting antivirus and automation solutions. During a virus outbreak, will provide timeline activity status updates and reports to management/accounts.
  • Global 24/7/365 Support. Provide coverage and support for security activities 24/7/365, responding to malicious code enquiries.

Management

  • Infrastructure management. Design and implementation of the AV solution for workstations, servers and role-based systems. Analysis of new engines and technologies. Configuration management of the software needed to avoid malicious code outbreak. Remotely deploys, manages and updates enterprise-class solutions.
  • Outbreak Management. When a malicious code event takes place, the team will work with other HP teams to contain, control and clean up the environment.

Monitoring

  • System Threat & Vulnerability Monitoring (basic service). Monitor multiple alert services and resources that warn of new system threats and vulnerabilities and provide detailed information needed to protect the environment.
  • Proactive monitoring and threat management. Monitors antivirus Web sites for new or updated information regarding threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Console management.

Reporting

  • Global Coordination and Reporting. Coordinates security activity throughout the world and provides notification of global events, as well as specific reporting as required.
  • Standardized weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
  • Focus on deployed EPTM features status.
