The Department of the Navy selected an HP-led team comprised of the global leaders in the information technology industry to create and operate the NMCI environment. Under the leadership of HP Vice President Doug Davis, this team provides proven best-of-breed products and services and access to industry-leading innovation from both large and small businesses. Continuous, near real-time collaboration among participating industries enables the reliable end-to-end integration essential to the scale, complexity and dynamic nature of NMCI operations.
Every day, more than 4,400 HP employees who serve the NMCI account worldwide, along with the Department of the Navy and leading industry suppliers, collectively embrace “Delivering as One” as their motto and mission. The HP-led team is committed to meeting service level agreements that measure aspects of operational performance, ranging from service desk support to network response time. Together, the team delivers the program's requirements for superior security, connectivity and service.

Department of the Navy Support
For the Department of the Navy, oversight of NMCI is the responsibility of two organizations: the NMCI Program Office and a joint senior leadership council consisting of the NMCI Program Office and HP representatives.
